HP Laptop Hangs On "Windows Is Starting Up." Screen
I turned it on, and it was extremely slow, but I finally reached the log-on screen. I don't know if that will help, but do know that I had the same double booting needed on my HP DV-7 laptop until I turned quick start off myself ... - give it a try anyway OK thanks I'll shut down for about 10 minutes then boot back up with nothing plugged in.
- They erased everything, re-installed the OS, and installed drivers.
- My laptop has the Intel 2nd Gen Core i5 i5-2430M There were also all those laptops recalled with the Nvidia Graphics card overheating.
- The reset went smooth and i downloaded chrome and used it that night to surf around.
