I cannot turn off the UEFI option, there is no such option, I have deleted everything on the drive, and still Windows 7 would hang at the Starting Windows Screen, I Join over 733,556 other people just like you! i'll do the same for you if i find one. And still Windows 7 just hangs on the Starting Windows screen. check over here
