I would suggest trying to burn it in K3B first (the files as a video project) and if that fails - try generating the files using QDVDAuthor. I believe once again, Jack, you have done it. Create an ISO with Dvd Shrink & burn it. THAT is IF the create repair and restore disks can be written to an external drive.
