HP Deskjet 712C Printing Problem
So I Marked that one and followed the rest of the steps and voila...a test page. The step by step on our website is straight forward and I should hope will help users install and configure their printer easily. If so I'd like to know the answer. I put it back into the printer, and printed a page containing a bunch of text in yellow and other colors. If nothing happens, simply go to System > Administration > Printing > New. On the Envelopes dialog's "Printer" tab, you'll need to select the fourth "orientation" from the left. Thanks again.
